7.8- Machine conservation
Protect the machine against bad weather and the corrosive effect of some products.
After the use, adopt the cares below:
Remove all product waste that remained inside the machine.
Always if necessary, wash the machine and let it dry at the sun.
Check the bolts tightener of the impeller knifes.
Remake painting in the points where needed.
Lubricate the bearings of the impeller.
Very important: Always keep the machine in a dry place, protected from sun and rain.
Without this care, there is no preservation.

3.2- Principio de funcionamiento
El Molino JF 2D es una máquina simple, recla y
versátil, indispensable para el cuidado diario de
animales.
La máquina ofrece dos tipos de operación:
A- Desintegrador de granos como maíz, sorgo,
soya etc.
Para esta función se emplea la molienda (1), salida
inferior (2) y una de las 4 cribas (3). La desintegración
de los granos es realizada por los martillos (4), los
cuales girar a alta rotación.
B- Picador de plantas para forraje, como maíz,
gramínea y caña de azucar.
Para esta función, se emplea la boquilla de
alimentación (5), salida superior (6) y el fondo de corte
(7). La acción de picado es ejercida por las cuchillas (8)
y contracuchilla (9).
