Programming the sintering pro-
gram
E N
Information/tips on programming / controller
behaviour:
_ The input options of the heating rate is limited
from 60 °C/h (min.) to 900 °C/h (max.).
_ The temperature input is limited from 25 °C
(min.) to 1530 °C (max.).
_ In case of incomplete entry of parameters
within a segment (e.g. heating rate 0 °C/h ),
either the complete program will be discarded
and not taken over and the standard program P1
is indicated, or, in case of an incomplete pro-
grammed sequence segment, this part of the
program will always be discarded (all following
parameters are set to 0.)
_ The remaining-time indication is put out
rounded exactly to 10 minutes.
_ Depending on the furnace filling, the indication
of the program status (red dot) can lightly devi-
ate from the shown curve shape in the range of
the cooling curve.
A sintering program consists of up to 8 segments.
Each segment contains 3 parameters:
_ Heating rate in °C/h (max. 60 °C/h)
_ Temperature in °C (max. 1530 °C/h)
_ Dwell time in minutes
