or by its repair service.
- Keep water away from electrical parts of the electric tool and from people in the work area.
3 Functions of device
3.1 Operation
The ROPULS cleaning compressor is an electronic multifunctional
appliance for flushing and sanitizing. It may also be used as
compressor.
There are two washing cycles with water-air mixture:
1. Rinse in pulses:
Pulsating compressed air – water mixture (micro-process
controlled).
2. Rinse duration air:
Thoroughly removes sand, rust, grease and other deposits.
About the ROCLEAN Injektor (optional accessory) and the corresponding ROCLEAN cleaning
materials are available for the following applications:
- Drinking water
- Heating circuits with radiators
- Underfloor heating circuits / space heaters
After cleaning the heating circuits can be protected with the Long Life ROCLEAN liquid.
! Manual ROCLEAN note!
By connecting a dosage pump, an officially approved cleaning agent or disinfectant may be added
to the pipe system. Its dosage quantity is controlled by the integrated impulse water meter. This
type of flushing is only used for sanitizing.
4 Installation and operation
4.1 General advice
The system should be set up directly behind an approved fine filter, before the distributor battery
or in any other place where there it can be appropriately connected to the pipe network and a
sewer connection.
1. A DIN-DVGW tested fine filter must be installed before the rinse compressor.
Pay attention to the rinse compressor's flow direction!
2. According to DIN EN 1717, if necessary, a suitable pipe separator or system separator must be
installed ahead of the rinse compressor to the tap water fuse.
3. Hot water treatment and/or secondary water treatment devices must be bypassed.
4. The final installation components (such as single-lever mixers, angle valves, etc.) must not be
installed before the rinsing process.
If there are fittings mounted in the wall, follow the manufacturer's information.
Sample installation:
Rinsing thermostat valves
installed in the wall.
5. Outlet hoses must be attached to the outlet fittings in such a way that they do not fold. Addi-
tionally, the hoses must lead to a drain of sufficient dimensions and be fastened (otherwise, the
end of the hose may slide off from a large thrust).
Sample installation:
Rinsing one-hand lever
mixers installed in the wall
