Colour Label
The colour label (1) is attached to the right side of
the frame below the seat (page 41).
It is helpful when ordering replacement parts. Record
the colour and code here for your reference.

Air Cleaner
(Refer to the Safety Precautions on page 53.)
The air cleaner should be serviced at regular intervals
(page 54). Service more frequently when riding in
unusually wet or dusty areas.
1. Remove the seat (page 41).
2. Remove the air cleaner housing cover (1) by
removing the screws (2).
3. Pull out the air cleaner element A (3).
4. Pull out the air cleaner element holder (4) and
air cleaner element B (5) from the air cleaner
element A.
5. Blow away the remaining dust by applying
compressed air from the outside of the air cleaner
element A. Replace the air cleaner element A if it
is excessively dirty, torn or damage.
6. Blow away the remaining dust by applying
compressed air for the air cleaner element B.
Replace the air cleaner element B if it is excessively
dirty, torn or damage.
7. Thoroughly clean the inside of the air cleaner
housing (6).
