4. Use a brush to remove carbon deposits from the spark arrester screen.
Be careful to avoid damaging the screen.
The spark arrester must be free of breaks and holes. If it is damaged or fouled
excessively, have it serviced by your dealer.
5. Install the spark arrester in the reverse order of disassembly.
6. Install the top cover, and tighten the flange bolt securely.
Be careful not to tuck down the packing when you install the top cover.
