CEFAR IFC
5
The CEFAR IFC is a two-channel
interference stimulator with 6 preset
programs. P1–3 are interference stimu-
lation (80–150 Hz) with simultaneous
channels. Interference is ideal for reliev-
ing pain over large areas of the body.
P4–6 are premodulated interference sti-
mulation with separate channels, which
is better for smaller areas or for treating
two different areas at once. P7 is an
open program for your own settings.
The CEFAR IFC has a keylock that
prevents unintentional changes in
amplitude. The keylock is activated 20
seconds after the amplitude is set.
You can pause stimulation by reducing
the amplitude to 0. When you increase
the amplitude again, the program
picks up where it left off. Note: If the
stimulator is paused for more than five
minutes, it switches off automatically to
spare the batteries.
The CEFAR IFC runs on 1.5 V AA bat-
teries, rechargeable or non-rechargeable.
A battery indicator on the stimulator's
display lights when it is time to change
or charge the batteries. The CEFAR
IFC can also run on current from a wall
outlet via an adapter.
