15. Preventive maintenance

15.1. Differential current devices

The residual current circuit breaker must be tested using the relative test button key at least once every 6 months. Keep
a record of the correct test result, as per the rules in force.
The front door must only be opened to carry out the test on both differential current devices, avoiding contact with any
other accessible device or cable.
The operator accessing the protections must have received suitable training from the contractor (charging station
operator), and be authorised to perform these operations.

15.2. Earth connection

You are advised to make an annual check to ensure the box and other metallic components outside the station are properly connected
to the system earth conductor.
The front door must only be opened to carry out a continuity test between the arrival point of the system earth
conductor and the box and other metallic components outside the station.
The operator accessing the protections must have received suitable training from the contractor (charging station
operator), and be authorised to perform these operations.

15.3. Connector conservation status

It is recommended to periodically check the condition of the connector and the cable.
To avoid overheating and malfunctioning of the socket and the charging station it is recommended to periodically check
the good condition of the mobile plug, the cable and its connections.
