5- Adjustments of operation

5.1- Selection of the discharge point

A- Side discharge
Forage Wagon JF 9000 S2 leaves the factory with the
side discharge, what allows the forage discharge by the
auger.
a) Screw (1) on the gear (2).
b) Screw (3) on the gear (4).
c) Gear (5) without screw.
NOTE: There should be never a screw on the gear (5)
when the conveyor is turning frontward.
B- Rear discharge
It is a special configuration, which allows the product
unloading in underground silos or other places with such
purpose.
a) Remove the screws (1) and (3) from the gears (2) and
(4).
b) Install one of these screws on the gear (5).
Remember to put and tighten the nut of the screw.
NOTE: There can be never a screw on the gear (2) when
the conveyor is turning backward.
Note:
In case it is difficult to introduce the screw,
turn the cardan (6) untill the holes of the gear
(5) and the cardan (7) match, turning the
fitting easier.
