7.2- Drive chains tension adjustment

Check the chains tension every 50 work hours or
weekly, pressing them on the point indicated by the
arrow.
Chain play:
Chains (A) and (D): 0,5 to 1,5 cm.
Chain (B): 1 to 2 cm.
Chain (C): Maximum 1 cm.
Adjust the chain gap (A), (C) and (D) by the tightener roll
(1).
For that, release the nut (2) located behind the rollers (1)
and move them against the chains. After you get the correct
tension, re-tighten the nut (2).

Adjust the chain play (B) through the tensioning
gear (3).
For that, release the nut (4) located behing the
tensioning gear and move it against tha chain.
After you get the correct tension, re-tighten the
nut (4).
