6.3.3 Setting the seat inclination

CAUTION
Independent adjustment of the seat inclination
Falling of the user due to incorrect adjustment
► Tighten the clamping levers after carrying out any adjustment of the inclination.
1) Loosen the clamping levers (see fig. 7, item 1).
2) Adjust the angle of the seat adapter.
3) Retighten the clamping levers.
CAUTION! The base frame must be lowered due to the increased risk of tipping when adjusting the
seat inclination. Observe the specifications in the following section.

6.3.4 Setting the anti-tipper

CAUTION
Unstable base frame
Tipping over, falling due to incorrectly mounted anti-tipper
► The base frame must be lowered due to the increased risk of tipping when adjusting the seat inclination.
► Firmly retighten the set screws after any adjustment of the anti-tipper (see fig. 9, item 1).
► In case of extended use without adjustment, check that the set screws are firmly secured. Retighten them if
necessary.
1) Loosen the set screws (see fig. 8, item 1; see fig. 9, item 1).
2) Pull the telescoping tubes on the wheels to a maximum of when the tripod springs engage (see fig. 8, item 2;
see fig. 9, item 2).
3) Tighten the set screws again.
