6.- FITTING THE MONITOR
SUPPORT
Take the tip of the tension cable (75),
sticking out of the bottom of the main
post (17) and connect it to the tension
support (76), as shown in figure 8A.
Plug connector (40), coming out of the
main post, into connector (34), coming
out of the boss (17) on the main body
(100), figure 8A.
Slip the main post (17) over the boss
(100) on the main body in the direction
of the arrow, figure 8A, making sure
not to snag any of the cables.
ATTENTION: Make sure that the
tension control (101) functions correctly
by
turning
anticlockwise.
Fit the screws (9), along with the
washers (7), removed previously, figure
8B, and tighten securely..
Raise the trim cover for the main post
(22) up to the monitor support (17),
Figure (8B) and secure it using
screws (21).
7 FITTING THE UPPER
FOCUS BARS
Take the top left bar (44) (marked with
the letter "L").
Insert the top bar onto the bottom left
focus bar (45), lining up the letters (L),
figure 9, fit the screws (4), and the cap
nuts (3) and tighten securely.
Now go through the same procedure
for the top right focus bar (2).
8. FITTING THE FOCUS BAR
SIDE COVERS
Take the covers (5 and 30), marked
on the inside with the letter "R", and
position them at the spindle end with
the bars on the right hand side, as
it
clockwise
shown in Fig. 9. Now use screws (13)
to attach them.
Carry out the same procedure at the
other end of the bar using the covers
(5 and 30) marked on the inside with
the letter "L".

9. FITTING THE FOOTRESTS

Position the left footrest (57) (marked
with the letter "L") on top of the unit's
left foot (82), figure 10, (left and right
refers to the user's position doing
exercise) refit the screws (56), the
washers (33) and the nuts (32)
removed
securely.
Next, position the right footrest (99)
(marked with the letter "R") on top of
and
the right foot (83), refit the screws
(56), the washers (33) and the nuts
(32) removed previously and tighten
securely.
Attach the bottom cover for the left
foot (55), fi gure 10, and fi t screw (49).
Now go through the same procedure
for the other foot.
10. EXERTION SETTINGS.
Model G-239.-
To provide an even level of exertion
during

To increase pedal resistance turn the
tensioning control (101) clockwise (+)
until the exertion level best suits your
