two pump heads, separately connected to the electrical grid.
This operation is only possible with the "Ego TC Slim"
models and if both pumps are interconnected with a
"crossover" network cable. This is a factory set operation
for all "Ego TC Slim" pumps.
13. RESTORING THE FACTORY SETTING
To restore the factory settings of the pump, press and hold
all three keys for 5 seconds. The pump will be set to the
automatic mode of operation. The previously set values
of pressure and speed will be deleted.
14. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
Often control the plant trying to eliminate the disturbing causes
such as sand, lime, etc. Keep efficient the parts exposed
to damages (valves, filters, detectors and protections). For
interventions always call qualified technicians.
In case of long rests provide to often start the electropump.
Any replacement of the feeding cable as well as all other
maintenance operations must be performed only by the
assistance centre.
15. DEMOLITION
When demolishing the electropumps, follow strictly the
regulations in force in your country.
The user is responsible for disposing the equipment by
delivering it to a collecting point for recycling and disposal
of electrical equipment.
For further information about the collecting points of
equipment, contact your local authority for waste disposal,
or the shop where you purchased your product.

17. TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of failure, the error causing the failure will appear
on the display screen. Errors are identified as follows:

SERVICE CODE
Possible cause
and solution
There is no fluid in the pump.
Excessive current load or
blocked rotor. If the problem
persists, check if the rotor is
spinning freely.
Motor has exceeded allowed
temperature and is now
arrested in order to cool
down. Once cooled, it will
automatically restart.

18. COMUNICATION MODULE
18.1. GENERAL
This manual contains only basic information regarding module
installation and safety. Further product documentation can
be found on our website on this address:

Or by QR code:
18.2. APPLICATIONS AND FEATURES
The communications module is supplied as standard on
the twins ("Ego TC slim" models) while it can be added
later to any single "Ego slim" model.
The module includes:
- Ethernet connection
- Modbus RTU connection
- 0-10V external regulation
- 3 digital inputs
- 1 relay output

18.3. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Electrical connection and protection must be carried out
according to local regulations.
WARNING!
• Before making any connection or fitting to the module,
switch off power supply.
• Wires should be routed so no wire crosses the center
barrier.
• Relay cable (NO, C, NC) must be separated from all
other wiring with reinforced insulation. Cable outer layer
must not be stripped longer than 15 mm.

18.4. TECHNICAL DATA

Ambient temperature: 0 to 40°C
Ambient humidity: < 95% relative, non-condensing
Possible cause
and solution
An electronics error was
detected. The pump can still
operate, but needs servicing.
Motor winding may be
damaged. Pump needs
servicing.
