The boiler have a boiler with a capacity of 80 Lts. of water.
This signifi cant amount of water renders the stove extremely
smooth in operation, little affected by variations in demand of
users. This will provide for highly consistent combustion with
excellent yield .
CALGARY/ORLANDO MUST NEVER BE MADE TO OPE-
RATE WITHOUT WATER IN THE SYSTEM.
MUST BE MADE WITH A PRESSURE OF ABOUT 1.5 BAR.
IT CAN BE DAMAGED IF IT IS IGNITED WITH NO WA-
TER IN THE SYSTEM.
The hydraulic connection must be performed by qualifi ed
personnel who can issue a declaration of conformity according
to the Ministerial decree no. 37 ex L.46/90. Reference must ho-
wever be made to the laws in force in the individual countries.
Water treatment
Foresees the addition of antifreeze, de-scaling and corrosion
substances. In the event that the water used for fi lling and to-
ping up has a hardness greater than 35° F, use a water softener.
For suggestions please refer to regulation UNI 8065 (Water
Treatment In Heating Systems For Civil Use).
Incorporated hydraulic kit.
A hydraulic kit is located on the boiler which consists of:
circulator,thermostatic mixing valve, safety valve, expansion
tank. The inclusion of the anti-condensation thermostatic valve
prevents corrosion that would otherwise compromise the life of
the boiler body.
THE ELECTRONIC CIRCULATOR
The product you have purchased is equipped with a circu-
lator with electronic motor.
Electronic control of operation:
a) Control mode p – c
In this mode, the electronic controller keeps the differential
pressure generated by the pump at a constant set value of H s.

b) Control mode p – v
In this mode, the electronic controller varies the pressure
differential between the set value Hs and 1/2 H s. The pressure
differential varies with the volume fl ow.

c) Venting procedure
This procedure allows the expulsion of air present in the
hydraulic circuit. After manual selection of the "AIR" mode,
the pump will automatically alternate between maximum and
minimum speed for 10 minutes. At the end of the procedure,
the circulator will go to the pre-set speed. You can then select
the desired mode of operation
