For example, when communication is established between
an external access and the dwelling in a specific block,
the system will allow communication to be established
between any internal access and one of its dwellings in
any other block of the installation.
Otherwise, if a block of dwellings has established
communication between one of its internal accesses and
one of its dwellings, the system will allow communication
to be established between any external (or internal) access
and one of its dwellings in any other block of the
installation.
