*2: Valid if the Global G-MIDI OUT page setting ARP Controllers MIDI Out is set to Control Change. The number shown here is the default setting.
*3: RPN (LSB,MSB)=00,00: Pitch bend range, 01,00: Fine tune, 02,00: Coarse tune
