Troubleshooting
computer; you have to add the Print-Server programs to
your firewall's exception list. The programs are as follows:
1.
Add "servoap.exe" program to the exception list.
2.
Add "mfpagent.exe" program to the exception list.

When I use LPR, IPP, or RAW printing, I
am not able to print to the printer.
•
Check to see if the printer is "Idle" but not being connected.
Printing from all computers connected to the Print Server
will be performed when the Print Server is not being
connected. The printing jobs are queuing in the Windows
spooler when a computer is connected to the Print Server.
•
Disable Bi-Directional Support. Follow the steps below:
1.
Right-click the printer from the "Printers and
Faxes" folder in the Windows Control Panel.
2.
Select "Properties" and select "Ports".
3.
Uncheck "Enable bidirectional support".

Check to see if the printer you are using is in
the Compatibility List on Belkin's Technical-
Support website or contact your dealer.
