PROBLEM
The motor-sweeper fails to pick up large
particles of dirt or leaves traces of
dirt behind
Sweeper leaves dust on floor or
dust comes out from side flaps
Sweeper fails to pick up paper, leaves, etc. Front flap lifting mechanism not working
Motor-sweeper throws dirt forwards
The main brush lifts the front flap
Rapid brush wear
Main brush noisy
Brushes do not rotate
Brush and suction fan motor does not work Fuse blown
Waste comes out of bin
Neither forward nor reverse drive work
Batteries do not maintain their charge

Working speed too fast
Brush pressure too light

Flaps badly adjusted or damaged

Excessive brush pressure
Floor very abrasive
Material wound around brush
Drive belt/s broken
Bin seal broken
Bin too full
Drive motor cables disconnected
Drive pedal defective
Control unit faulty
Fuse blown
Electrolyte level low
Battery cells burned out
Motor over-loaded
Battery terminals loose
Material entangled in main brush

Reduce working speed
Adjust brush pressure (trace on floor)
Lower or replace brush
Remove string or wire
Clean filter
Check flaps and replace if damaged
