On a WindowsXP SP2 machine, open "Internet Options" first and then "Advanced". Check-
mark on "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer".
* If this check mark is not placed, locally saved image data cannot be played back. The
security-related message bar is displayed instead onscreen.
