1. Place the vest on the chest of the patient by placing the abdominal and the shoulder
straps behind the chair or the armchair. Attach the straps (depending on the closure system in
question). The buckle system is the most common closure system.
2. If the restraint belt disposes of a buckle system the straps must be attached to the securing
buckle. Adjust the product to the waist of the patient without excessive pressure.
If the restraint belt disposes of a magnet or iron clip closure system, the straps must be attached
to the hooks of each strap (depending on the colour of the bottom). Close the bottom.
ATTENTION: Our Company disposes of an abdominal vest model with zipper. In this case, the
use of the product is easier (manipulation of the product in the frontal zone thanks to the zipper).
1. Follow the previous steps mentioned at E.
2. Place the perineal strap between the legs. In this way, the perineal strap has to be placed
behind the chair or armchair under the user. Attach the perineal strap to the hook of the
abdominal strap.
