Clean the printhead as described to maintain printhead life.
Caution:
Do not use sharp objects to clean the printhead or
touch the printhead; this may damage the printhead
and require a service charge.

Press down on the exit cover tabs to open the exit cover.

Spray the supply path, including supply sensor, with

compressed air to remove dust.
Use a CLEAN-STRIP (part number 120350) to clean and

remove adhesive build-up from the platen roller, peel bar,
sensor, and printhead.

Let the printer dry, then reload supplies.

Close the exit cover.

Close the printhead assembly and the printer's cover.

Turn on the printer. Press FEED.
