The data are transmitted via a radio link of
the sensor heads and via the radio transmit-
ter at the mobile chassis.
PC boots automatically after switching on
the axis measuring system via the power
switch.
Then, the green operating light in the PC
mains switch will illuminate.
Printer is turned on automatically after swit-
ching on the wheel alignment system via the
power switch.
Then, the green operating light at the printer
will illuminate.
No data transmission to the radio trans-
ceiver:
Check the supply voltage at the plug with the
multi-meter or with the diagnostic adapter 1
987 009 A31N:
Pin 9: GND
Pin 11: +8 V
Alternately, connect the radio transmitter
unit with a sensor cable.
If a + 8V supply voltage is present, an LED
will illuminate on the PCB of the remote
transmitter unit.
Check plug for correct seating.
Still no data transmission:
Replace the PCB 1 987 009 AG3N or
replace the complete radio transmitter unit 1
987 009 AG2N.
PC does not start when the axis measu-
ring system is switched on:
Check the supply voltage at the PC mains
cable.
Check the mains voltage selector switch for
a correct adjustment at PC U01!
At PC U03 and U04, the voltage range is
100 ...230 V AC.
Check whether the mains cable has been
plugged in correctly.
In spite of an applied supply voltage, no
PC function:
Probably, the power supply is defective. Ini-
tiate a repair or a replacement of the PC via
the Nussbaum customer service.
PC does not start after it has been swit-
ched on:
Switch on the PC via its power switch.
Then, go to the set-up menu via F2 and then
change to the POWER MANAGEMENT.
The entry „AC POWER RECOVERY" must
have been set to „ON".
Printer does not switch on when the
wheel alignment system is switched on:
Check the supply voltage at the printer mains
cable by removing the power supply unit
cartridge at the rear of the printer. A DC
voltage of approx. 30 V DC must be present
at the terminals.
Check the power supply unit cartridge in
order to find out whether the voltage area
complies with the present mains voltage.
