Setting Up

_ The machine is intended exclusively for use
within dry, closed rooms.
_ Minimum space requirements for the Ceramill
Motion (incl. connections):
▪ Width: 615 mm
▪ Depth: 430 mm
▪ Height: 730 mm
_ The set-up surface must withstand a load of
62 kg.
_ During operation, the room temperature must
be between 18 °C and 30 °C; avoid large varia-
tions in temperature.
▷ Set up the machine on a sturdy work table or
work bench (off the ground and clear of walls).
▷ Adjust the height of the machine by screwing
the feet in or out, ensuring that the machine is
positioned firmly on all four feet.
Countries with 100-115 V mains voltage
When the mains voltage at the set-up location is
100-115 V:
▷ Pull out the fuse compartment ([11] in Fig. 2 on
page 7) below the mains plug.
▷ Replace both T3.15 A fuses with the provided
T6.3 A fuses.

Service Unit

The Jäger spindle is equipped with a sealing-air
feature. This sealing air prevents shavings/chips
and dust from entering the spindle. The service
unit filters possible contamination in the sealing
air and thus prevents costly machine damage.
