Monthly Maintenance

Checking the zero point
It is recommended to check the zero point once
every month.
▷ Mill a test cube from the Ceramill TEST 71L test
blank.
The test blank is to be used exclusively for test
milling and calibration of the Ceramill Motion. The
corresponding instructions are on the Ceramill
Match CD or available on our website under
www.ceramill-m-center.com
Jäger spindle
The spindle must be in the starting position.
▷ Manually turn the shaft of the spindle through
(at least ten times).

External Maintenance

External maintenance is necessary after 1500
operating hours. The Ceramill Motion Software
will inform you appropriately.
