REPLACING THE CENTRE BRUSH BELT
- Remove belt (7) from the groove of pulley (6).
- Remove belt (5) from the groove of pulleys (4) and (6).
- Replace the belt (5).
- Position belt (7) on pulley (6).
REPLACING THE SIDE BRUSH BELT
- Remove belt (7) from pulley (6).
- Loosen fixing pin (8) and let the hooks of side arm (9) come out of the idle toothed ring.
- Remove belt (7) from side arm (9).
- Replace the belt (7).
- Hook side arm (9) to the idle toothed ring.
- Tighten pin (8).
- Place belt (7) on pulley (6).
REPLACING THE DRIVE BELT
- Loosen the pulley (4) fixing screw and take it out of the reduction unit shaft, paying attention not to lose the key.
- Unscrew the pulley (3) fixing screw and take it out of the reduction unit shaft, paying attention not to lose the key.
- Remove belt (1).
- Place the new belt on pulley (2).
- Mount pulley (3) on the reduction unit along with the belt.
- Mount pulley (4) on the reduction unit along with the belt.

OUTER SIDE FLAPS
To replace the side flaps (1), remove the rear wheels and the relevant side guards.
Loosen the screws that secure the flaps to frame (2) and replace the old flaps with new ones.
