Product Description

The Clamp assist records the current clamping forces of the high-pressure spindle by means of
the integrated, electronic measuring system. The data are transferred to the mobile receiver
unit (MEE) and displayed. Recording of the clamping forces is independent of the jaws used.
When clamped, the clamping force is permanently monitored.

The data of the clamping forces are transmitted wirelessly via a 2.4 GHz radio signal. The max-
imum transmission and reception distance of the MEE with an aerial (1) is 20 metres, depend-
ing on the environment. The LEDs (2) provide visual feedback signals. The display (3) shows the
clamping forces, battery charging levels and reception data of a maximum of 4 CA spindles. The
various functions are operated via the controls (4). The MEE can be charged via mini USB (5)
and, when connected to a PC, the stored data can be read out in CSV format.
