Display Battery Levels of the CA Spindles

MEE in battery mode.
Charging levels of the batteries are displayed.
The current charging level of the battery is displayed at the storage locations with which a
spindle is coupled. The voltage should be approx. 3.6 V.
The CA spindle only transmits values from a certain clamping force. At a low clamping
force (< 1 N), no values are transmitted.
The battery life is up to 4 years (in 2-shift operation). The batteries can only be replaced by
ALLMATIC-Jakob Spannsysteme GmbH . When the batteries of a CA spindle are flat, please
contact the Customer Service Department of ALLMATIC-Jakob Spannsysteme GmbH.

Charging the LEE and Replacing Batteries

NOTE
Overcharging of batteries.
Damage due to leaking battery acid.
Ø Only use the MEE with rechargeable batteries.
The MEE can be charged with a USB cable:
– on any USB port from USB 2.0 upwards (display of the MEE is switched off)
– with a conventional USB power supply (MEE can continue to be used)
During the charging process, the battery LED
charged, the LED goes out
If the battery level is low, the LED flashes
