Maintenance and Cleaning

Cleaning the air conditioning unit with high
pressure steam water jets and/or the application
of detergents may lead to the damage of the
unit or its components (e.g. the seals). Failure to
comply makes the guarantee null and void and
this leads to the exclusion of any liability of
MAN.
ƒ To protect the seals switch on the air­condi­
tioning system occasionally during the winter
months.
ƒ Remove the top plastic panel to clean the
air­conditioning system with compressed air.
ƒ Clean the condenser and drainage valves of
the air­conditioning system once a year
– Remove the top plastic cover of the system
(undo 7 tapping screws)
– Blow out the condenser with compressed
air
– Remove the drainage valves and clean
inside
Note
Have maintenance work carried out only by an
authorised MAN workshop.
