SYSTEM EXPANSION BOARD KIT

The system expansion kit allows the boiler to manage various hydraulic con gurations up to a maximum of four heating areas, a domestic storage tank, a pu er and an auxiliary boiler.
The system expansion board kit and the boiler board are connected simply by two wires, through power line communication.
The system is set and monitored through the display of the boiler.

MODES

SUMMER - WINTER: the mode allows setting SUMMER or WINTER operation.
In SUMMER mode, the heating system room thermostats and the pu er are always satis ed.
In WINTER mode, all requests are considered (DHW, heating system and pu er)

The DHW can be managed via a DHW storage tank (set PH11=OFF) or an instant heat exchanger (set PH11=ON) , parameters can be modi ed by an authorised technician.
Factory setting: PH11=ON (instant heat exchanger)
DHW has priority over all the other requests.
The antilegionella function can also be enabled with the DHW storage tank function activated (parameters can be activated by an authorised technician).
HEATING
The activation of the heating outputs depends on the operating mode (Summer/Winter).
With pu er deactivated, the outputs are activated when there is a request and the temperature of the water in the boiler is hot enough.
With pu er activated, the outputs are activated when there is a request and the temperature of the pu er is hot enough.
You can manage the heating of the 4th zone setting parameter PH13 on "1". (the factory setting value is PH13 = 0)
NOTE: SINCE VERSION V6, IT IS ALREADY ENABLED BY FACTORY

PUFFER

With pu er activated (Set PH12 = ON), the boiler operates to satisfy the requests of the pu er and DHW (always priority).
(the factory setting value is PH12 = OFF = OFF)

In the summer mode the boiler only works to satisfy the DHW.
The pu er and the heating areas are ignored.
When the boiler has satis ed the requests of the DHW it goes to T-O .
In winter mode, the boiler works to satisfy the DHW, the CH and the pu er.
When the boiler has satis ed the requests it goes to T-O .
