H- THINGS THAT MUST BE KNOWN WITH REGARDS TO THE
WARRANTY
Dear Customer,
This warranty provided by Uğur Soğutma A.Ş. shall not cover remedy of the failures arising from abnormal use of the
show case and following circumstances are not under warranty, either.
• Damage and failure arising from usage errors,
• Damage and failure that may occur during loading, unloading and transportation after delivery of the pro-
duct to the customer.
• Damage and failure that may arise from voltage drop and increase, faulty electric installation, using with a
voltage that is different from the voltage written on the product label.
• Damage and failure that may arise from fire and lightning stroke.
• Failures arising from using the product in contrary to the considerations stated in the operating manual.
The failures mentioned above are remedied against payment.
Transportation and installation of the product is not included in the price.
It is at the responsibility of the seller, dealer, agency or representatives selling the product to the consumer, to issue and
submit the warranty certificate to the consumer.
The warranty shall be valid for the period stated in the warranty certificate and for the failures that may occur in the
product only and no right shall be claimed under any name on the basis of the warranty certificate.
This warranty shall become invalid if it is falsified, original serial number on the product is removed or changed or
falsified.
