6.Pull the starter grip lightly until you feel resistance, then pull briskly in
the direction of the arrow as shown below.
CAUTION:
• Do not allow the starter grip to snap back against the engine. Return
it gently to prevent damage to the starter.
• Do not pull the starter grip while the engine is running, as that may
damage the starter.
7.If the choke lever has been moved to the CLOSED position to start
the engine, gradually move it to the OPEN position as the engine
warms up.
Move the throttle lever to the SLOW position when the engine is
warm enough to idle smoothly.
