Replace damaged or worn wheels on the bender
before mounting onto the Workhorse. Worn or
damaged wheels or casters may prevent the bender
from being securely mounted on the cart.
Failure to observe this warning could result in severe
injury.
1. Place bender as shown in figures 4 and 6 with rear
wheels against threader platform. (Refer to the
bender instruction manual)
2. Position the rear holding hooks in the bender
platform slots and use to secure rear frame of
bender.
Note: Do not over tighten holding hooks as this may
damage wheels.
3. Position the u-bolts or the bender mounting tube as
shown in Fig. 3 and 5 and secure bender using lock
nuts provided in mounting kit.

1. The threader should be positioned so controls are
facing Workhorse handle. (Refer to the threader
instruction manual for precautions/warnings/
hazards)
2. Line up 4 holes in the threader base with 4 holes
in threader platform and secure with fasteners
provided. (see fig. 1)
3. Secure the drip pan with fasteners provided as
shown in Fig. 3
Order of assembly from top to bottom:
A. Bolt #1, o-ring, chip pan, threader platform, flat
washer, lock washer, nut.
B. Bolt #2, o-ring, chip pan, 2 flat washers,
threader platform, flat washer, lock washer, nut.
C. Bolt #2, o-ring, chip pan, 3 flat washers,
threader platform, flat washer, lock washer, nut.
4. Secure the back splash with fasteners provided.
5. The chip pan is not to be secured but rather placed
in the drip pan for easy chip removal.
Note: Be sure to use a flat washer and nylon lock nut
under platforms for all fasteners except as specified for
drip tray.
