Assembly Instructions

8" Caster Kit with side lock (52082769)
Place swivel casters on the handle end of unit.
Secure all casters with the 16 fasteners provided.
6" Caster Kit with side lock (52082768)
Place swivel casters on the handle end of unit.
Secure all casters with the 16 fasteners provided.
90° Bend Checker (52082647)
1. The 90° Bend checker may be placed on any of the
three flanges of the bender platform. (see fig. 1)
The support rods located near the handle may be
extended to assist with support of long conduit.
(see fig. 1)
Chain Vise Holder Kit (52079353)
1. Chain vise mounting base is to be secured as
shown with the fasteners provided.
2. Pay attention to the triangular hole pattern for
proper orientation of the chain vise mounting base.
(see fig. 1)
Greenlee 854DX AND 855GX Bender Mounting Kit
(52082642)
Replace damaged or worn wheels and casters on the
bender before mounting onto the Workhorse. Worn or
damaged wheels or casters may prevent the bender
from being securely mounted on the cart.
Failure to observe this warning could result in severe
injury.
1. Position Bender as shown in Fig. 2. (Refer to
Bender instruction manual)
2. Lock wheels or casters.
Wear foot protection when using this
tool.

3. Place Bender mounting straps as shown in Fig.
1. (Front Straps must be placed under the lower
storage lid directly on the bender frame.)

4. Secure in position with fasteners provided.
Note: Do not over tighten holding hooks as this may
damage wheels.
Compact Threader Mounting Kit (52082645)
1. Brackets and mounting positions have been
provided by Greenlee to secure the following
compact threaders;
Rothenberger ROPOWER™ 50R, Rothenberger™
Supertronic™ 2SE, RIDGID
2. The threader should be positioned so controls are
facing the Workhorse handle. (Refer to the threader
instruction manual for precautions/warnings/
hazards)
3. On the right side of threader, loosely secure
mounting brackets with short leg up and loosely
secure the long leg so slots line up with holes on
the right side of threader platform. (see fig. 1)(use
fasteners provided with the kit)
4. The left side of Rothenberger threaders require
mounting brackets loosely secured with short leg
up.
The left side of Ridgid threader require the
mounting brackets loosely secured with long leg up.
5. Position the threader so the bracket slots line up
with holes on the left side of threader platform and
secure all fasteners.
