notes before installation
1. Before installation, you will need a drill, a crosshead screwdriver, a
flathead screwdriver, mounting screws and wall plugs. These items are
not supplied with the bell.
2. Avoid placing the transmitter on metal structures.
3. Avoid placing it on heat sources such as radiators, or in wet areas
such as kitchens or bathrooms.
How to use the bell?
By pressing the transmitter key, a wireless signal will be sent to the
receiver. The receiver will be activated and ring. The communication
range is 150 metres (in open country) and you can use the receiver
anywhere in the house (indoor use only). However, the transmission
range will be reduced if the signal has to pass through walls or ceilings
and metal or UPVC door frames can also reduce the operating range.

Battery Installation
Transmitting unit
1. Remove the nameplate cover.
2. Remove the silica gel cap using fine-tipped tweezers or a needle.
3. Unscrew the screw using a screwdriver.
4. Insert a flathead screwdriver into the slot at the bottom of the
transmitter and open the front cover.
5. Install the 3V CR2032 battery with the correct polarity.
6. Close the front cover.
7. Tighten the screw and put the silica gel plug back into the hole.
8. Replace the nameplate cover.

1. Open the transmitter with a screwdriver and separate the front cover

Features
How the bell works
By pressing the transmitter button once, a wireless signal will be sent to
the receiver, which will operate it. The receiver will be muted when the
tune is finished. To repeat the sound, press the button again. Pressing and
holding the button will NOT repeat the sound.
Sound and light
There is a switch on the right side of the receiver. By setting this switch to
the upper position, the receiver will emit sound and light when activated;
by setting it to the middle position, it will emit only light; and by setting it to
the lower position, it will emit only sound.
