The European Battery Directive requires collection of spent batteries, aiming to
facilitate recycling and to protect the environment. This device contains a battery
that is not intended to be serviced or removed by the user. The battery in this
product should be removed at the end of the life by Abbott Nutrition-authorised
technical personnel only, and disposed in accordance with local community
regulations for separate collection of spent batteries.
