14. Warranty

The manufacturer provides a warranty for the BEMER complete
system covering flawless workmanship and materials under
normal operating and servicing conditions for a period of 24
months from date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover recalibration and / or servicing of
any kind that may be required.
The warranty only covers the first purchaser and does not cover
products or components that have been used improperly or
which have been subject to modifications. If the BEMER com-
plete system is not used in accordance with its intended pur-
pose, all warranties become void.
Liability under the warranty is limited to repairing or replacing
products that have been returned to the manufacturer within
the warranty period. The manufacturer must establish that the
product is defective and that any such defect is not due to in-
appropriate handling or modifications of the unit or abnormal
operating conditions.
All liabilities under the warranty become void if repairs of the
BEMER complete system are carried out by persons not autho-
rized by the manufacturer.
