4.3.1 Delivery Scope

▷ After unpacking, check the machine for com-
pleteness and possible transport damages.
Please claim any transport damages immedi-
ately with your supplier.

4.3.2 Intended Use

The sintering compartment is an enclosed sinter-
ing compartment for sintering milled CoCrMo
units in a protective-gas atmosphere.
This sintering compartment has been specially
developed for sintering the Sintron material. Only
the Sintron materials, whose properties and sin-
tering temperatures are known, may be used. Any
other or further-going use, such as the processing
of other products than those intended for, as well
as the handling of hazardous substances or mate-
rials hazardous to one's health, does not apply as
under the intended use.

The Teflon hose piece connects the gas
tube of the sintering base with the push-in
angle piece of the gas hose.
▷ Do not remove the Teflon hose piece
from the gas tube!
