Description
Helps tone, firm, lift and
tighten the soft tissues of
the face, counteracting
the effects of ageing.
In the quest for a youthful
appearance,
facial
muscles and skin may
also be stimulated to
improve circulation, help
activate fibroblasts which
produce
collagen
and
elastin and can also tone
flaccid and sagging face
muscles.
Suitable for people who
wish to tone and shape
their body to obtain a
thinner silhouette and to
enhance general fitness
levels.
For women who have
sagging muscles and a
build-up of fat around the
bra strap area.
Our upper arms often
have little shape, usually
caused by a lack of
movement and muscular
work. This programme is
designed to firm and bulk
muscles.
It is usually a lack of
trained muscles in the
legs which disturbs us
most. Targeted muscle
training for the calves is
very simple to perform.
