INTENDED USE

The SI1000 foaming unit is intended for heating up and foaming of milk, as well as for
preparation of beverages on the basis of milk. The appliance heats up milk to about 63 +/-
5°C or foams milk to about 65 +/- 5°C.

SETTING UP THE APPLIANCE

Before using the appliance, make sure that the appliance, the plug and the power cable are
in good technical order and whether all parts of the package were removed.
