CONDIÇÕES DE GARANTIA
Todas as nossas máquinas são submetidas a
rigorosos testes e estão cobertas com garantia
por um período de garantia de 12 meses contra
defeitos de produção. Em caso de entrega para
reparação da vossa hidrolavadora de alta pressão
ou dos seus acessórios, não esqueça de anexar
uma cópia do recibo.
As reparações sob garantia são efectuadas
sempre que:
- os defeitos forem atribuídos a erros ou defeitos
dos materiais ou na mão-de-obra (defeitos não
claramente atribuíveis ao material ou à fabricação
serão examinados junto ao nosso Centro de
Assistência Técnica ou junto à nossa sede, e
adebitados de acordo com os resultados).
- tiverem sido respeitadas totalmente as instruções
do presente manual de uso.
- a reparação não tenha sido efectuada ou tentada
por pessoal que não seja da assistência autorizada.
- tenham sido utilizados exclusivamente acessórios
originais.
- o produto não tenha sido exposto ao gelo ou
sofrido golpes ou batidas.
- tenha sido utilizada exclusivamente água sem
impurezas.
- a hidrolavadora de alta pressão não tenha sido
concedida em uso a pagamento nem tenha sido

utilizada comercialmente de qualquer outra
maneira.
A garantia não inclui:
- as partes sujeitas ao normal desgaste
- a mangueira para alta pressão
- os danos acidentais devidos ao transporte, a
uma falta ou inadequada manutenção, a um uso
errado ou impróprio e a uma instalação não
conforme as indicações fornecidas no manual de
uso.
- a garantia não cobre eventuais operações de
limpeza onde podem ser submetidos os
componentes operacionais.
A garantia prevê, para as reparações, a substituição
dos componentes defeituosos, excluídas as

expedição/transporte. A garantia não cobre a
substituição da máquina ou a extensão da garantia
depois da reparação de uma avaria. O fabricante
declina toda e qualquer responsabilidade por danos
a pessoas ou coisas causados por uma má
instalação ou por um uso não correcto da máquina.
CONNECTION
Before the usage check the right connection of the
high-pressure machine to the water supply. Fit a 3/4
water onto the inlet of the water (pos.62) and connect
it to the water tap or to a tank (remember that the
water supply must yield at least 25 liters), after
connect the high pressure hose to the outlet of the
machine (pos.59). If you are connect to a tank,
connect another 3/4 water hose to the by-pass water
discharge, if you are connect to a tap you need our
LAVOR kit. If you are not sure check the hardness
of your water, remember that the scale may cause
the heating coil to become furred.
OPERATION
1) Open water inlet (if you use a tap)
2) Start the engine (after you read all the manual)

3) Retract the trigger of the gun (grip the handgun
firmly because after that the pump extracts air
cut of the unit will come out of the nozzle high
pressure water)
4) When you release the trigger all the water is
discharge by the valve of by-pass inside the tank
(if you use a tank).
CORRECT USE OF THE MACHINE
The performances of the machine are suitable for a professional use. Structural technologies have
been studied to assure high reliability and safety levels, and long life.
It is absolutely forbidden to use the machine in potentially explosive environments or areas.
The working temperature must range between + 5° and + 50°C.
The machine is supplied with a lance with gun, equipped with a handle to offer a practical working
position; the shapes and the dimensions of the handle correspond to the safety normes in force.
It is forbidden to apply any protections or modifications on the high-pressure lance or to the washing
nozzles. The water you use for the washer must not be dirty, sandy or hold any corrosive chemical
products, not to compromise the good functioning and the long life of the equipment.
UNPACKING
After opening the package, check the entire unit.
- In case of problems with this unit do not use it until you have consulted an authorized service/centre.
- Due to transport and packing dimension reasons, some accessories can be supplied disassembled;
in this case the fitting has to be carried out following the instructions on this booklet.
- All possible harmful parts of the package (plastic bags, foamed polystyrene, nails etc.) should be
kept out of children's reach.
HOT WATER STAGE
Fill the fuel tank (pos.30) with diesel oil (no other
types of fuel are allowed). Set the machine at the
maximum acceleration using the engine throttle
(pos.39) then set the temperature regulator (pos.31)
to desired temperature (remember that the max.
temperature allowed at the high pressure stage is
98°C), then switch on the burner with the burner
switch (pos.42).
PRESSURE REGULATIONS
Working with the THERMIC 17 you have the
possibility to set the machine on your desired
pressure turning the knob of the by-pass valve, by
turning it clockwise you will have more water and
more pressure, while by turning it anticlockwise you
will have less water and less pressure, this can be
checked through the pressure gauge (pos.43).
STEAM STAGE
To exceed the temperature of 98° C (and reach a
max. Temp. of 140° C), you need to use the steam
hose (code 4.618.0059) jpined to the syeam nozzle
(code 3.749.0183).
