6.6.

IN ORDER TO INSERT THE BOILER (HYDROBOX MODEL ONLY)

In case you install Hydrobox boiler model as an insert
you have to consider next points:
- We recommend removing the feet of the boiler
and adapt some wheels to allow us extracting
the unit easily in case of necessary.
- It is mandatory that the installer prevents,
hydraulic and smokes installation, flexible pipe
connections to be able to retire the boiler in case
we need to make the maintenance or repairing.
Stopcocks should be added in the hydraulic
installation to disconnect the boiler easily without
being necessary emptying the whole hydraulic
circuit.
- It is mandatory external connection of primary air
for the proper combustion. Check chapter 6.4 of
this manual.
- In all cases leave a security space between the boiler and side and upper walls of 3 centimetres minimum (see drawing).
- Verify that the walls surround the boiler can support between 60-70ºC of heat temperature generated by the boiler. Consider that the
temperature of the smokes pipes in case it is inside this surround, in this case it is mandatory the use of twin-wall pipe (isolated).
- Do not disassemble the boiler panels.
- It is necessary that the space between the boiler and the surrounds are constantly ventilated. Reason why it is necessary leaving
an air input under the surround (fresh air inlet) and an air output in the upper part (heated air exit). This way we are making a natural
convection circuit. Each one of this exits should be open and not allowed to be closed with a minimum size of 3 dm2 (i.e. 30x10 cm
grate)
