ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ
• Το νερό ενδέχεται να είναι καυτό!
• Προσπαθήστε να περιορίσετε την ποσότητα του νερού που αποστραγγίζεται
όσο το δυνατό περισσότερο.
• Ελέγξτε την πίεση της εγκατάστασης μετά την αποστράγγιση και
αναπληρώστε τη, αν χρειαστεί.
• Αφαιρέστε το πώμα ασφαλείας .
• Εφαρμόστε έναν εύκαμπτο σωλήνα ή μια μόνιμη σύνδεση με αντοχή στην αντίστοιχη
πίεση και θερμοκρασία. Αποδεσμεύστε τα συγκεντρωμένα υπολείμματα από τη
μονάδα σε ένα κατάλληλο δοχείο συλλογής υπολειμμάτων. Για την απόρριψη των
συγκεντρωμένων υπολειμμάτων και υγρών, ακολουθείτε τους τοπικούς κανονισμούς.
• Ανοίξτε βαθμιαία την αποστραγγιστική βαλβίδα για μικρό χρονικό διάστημα.
• Μόλις διαπιστώσετε, ότι δεν αποστραγγίζονται άλλες ακαθαρσίες, κλείστε την
αποστραγγιστική βαλβίδα .
• Τοποθετήστε το πώμα ασφαλείας .
• Η βαλβίδα εξαφρισμού μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για την απομάκρυνση
ρυπαντικών ουσιών που επιπλέουν:
- Απομακρύνετε την τάπα ασφαλείας ή το πώμα k.
- Τοποθετήστε ένα σωλήνα ανθεκτικό στην πίεση και τις συγκεκριμένες υψηλές
θερμοκρασίες για την απομάκρυνση του νερού της εγκατάστασης προς κάποιο
κατάλληλο σημείο.
- Χρησιμοποιείστε το πίσω μέρος του πώματος για να ανοίξετε βαθμιαία τη
βαλβίδα εξαφρισμού για μικρό χρονικό διάστημα.
- Από τη στιγμή που έχουν αποστραγγισθεί όλες οι επιπλέουσες ακαθαρσίες,
κλείστε τη βαλβίδα εξαφρισμού .
- Εφαρμόστε την τάπα ασφαλείας ή το πώμα k.
Συντήρηση (Μόνο για το BD/HD και το BF/HF)
Το διαχωριστικό στοιχείο του προϊόντος (η δέσμη σωλήνων-Spirotube) μπορεί να
καθαριστεί ή να αντικατασταθεί.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ
• Βεβαιωθείτε πάντα, ότι ο διαχωριστήρας δεν είναι υπό πίεση και αφήστε το
να κρυώσει.
• Οι δεσμίδες σωλήνων και οι πυθμένες του διαχωριστήρα ενδέχεται να έχουν
βαρύνει σημαντικά από τις συγκεντρωμένες ακαθαρσίες.
• Η δέσμη σωλήνων-Spirotube στηρίζεται πλήρως στον πυθμένα. Στηρίξτε τον
πυθμένα και τη δεσμίδα με τον κατάλληλο εξοπλισμό ανέλκυσης ή ανύψωσης.
Σε μερικές περιπτώσεις η δέσμη σωλήνων-Spirotube μπορεί να προσβληθεί από

CAUTION
• This instruction must be given to the end user, who should keep it.
• Take into account local regulations.
Application
(Fully) automatic removal of air, gasses and / or dirt from water and water/glycol mixtures
(max. 50%). Not suitable for demineralised water, drinking water, and dangerous or in-
flammable substances. Can be used in combination with chemicals / inhibitors approved
according to local directives. Please check that it is compatible with the materials used to
construct your installation. For more information contact your supplier.

• Ενδέχεται να ανατραπεί η δέσμη σωλήνων.
• Μην καθαρίζετε ποτέ με διαβρωτικά χημικά.
Για τον καθαρισμό ή την αντικατάσταση της δέσμης σωλήνων Spirotube ακολουθήστε
τις παρακάτω οδηγίες:
• Αποστραγγίστε το διαχωριστήρα.
• Ξεβιδώστε την αποστραγγιστική βαλβίδα .
• Αποσυναρμολογήστε τον πυθμένα. (Βλέπε πίνακα 2 για το βάρος του πυθμένα και
της δέσμης σωλήνων-Spirotube)
• Καθαρίστε τη δέσμη σωλήνων-Spirotube, π.χ. με ζεστό νερό ή ατμό χαμηλής πίεσης.
• Επιθεωρήστε τη δεσμίδα και αντικαταστήστε τη, αν χρειαστεί. Επικοινωνήστε με τον
προμηθευτή σας για ανταλλακτικά.
• Καθαρίστε τις επιφάνειες στεγανοποίησης των φλαντζών και τοποθετήστε καινούριο
στεγανωτικό δακτύλιο φλάντζας.
• Τοποθετήστε τη δέσμη σωλήνων-Spirotube και τον πυθμένα.
• Τοποθετήστε τη δέσμη σωλήνων –Spirotube στη σωστή θέση. Όσον αφορά τοv
αποσυναρμολογούμενο συνδυασμένο απαερωτήρα / διαχωριστήρα ακαθαρσιών (BD/
HD) θα πρέπει να λάβετε υπ' όψη σας τη θέση της βαλβίδας εξαφρισμού στο πάνω μέρος
της συσκευής. Για το λόγο αυτό η δέσμη σωλήνων -Spirotube διαθέτει εγκοπή.
• Τοποθετήστε τις βίδες και σφίξτε τις σταυροειδώς με ροπές σύσφιξης σύμφωνα με
τον πίνακα 3.
• Τοποθετήστε την αποστραγγιστική βαλβίδα και το πώμα ασφαλείας .
• Γεμίστε εκ νέου την εγκατάσταση και ελέγξτε για διαρροή.
Βλάβες
• Κατά την πρώτη χρήση ενδέχεται να στάζει λίγο η βαλβίδα εξαερισμού . (Δεν ισχύει για το
BE/HE και το BF/HF). Αυτή η διαρροή θα σταματήσει μετά από μικρό χρονικό διάστημα.
• Σε περίπτωση βλάβης επικοινωνήστε με τον εγκαταστάτη σας.
• Σε περίπτωση διαρροής της βαλβίδας εξαερισμού , πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί
ολόκληρο το πώμα επαέρωσης. (Δεν ισχύει για το BE/HE και το BF/HF)
Εγγύηση
• 5 έτη από την ημερομηνία αγοράς.
• Η εσφαλμένη εγκατάσταση, η αυθαίρετη χρήση ή οι επισκευές ενδέχεται να
ακυρώσουν την εγγύηση.
• Οι ζημιές ή οι απώλειες που προκλήθηκαν από βλάβες δεν καλύπτονται από την εγγύηση.
• Η φυσιολογική φθορά δεν καλύπτεται από την εγγύηση.
Ο κατασκευαστής διατηρεί το δικαίωμα τροποποιήσεων.
Ακατάλληλο για χρήση σε εξωτερικό χώρο.
CAUTION
• Installation and maintenance may only be carried out by a qualified installer.
• When working on the separator always ensure there is no pressure in the
installation and let it cool down.
• Touching the product "in operation" may cause burns.
• Never use the drain valve for (re)filling.
Handling (fig. 1B)
Pay particular attention to the following safety procedures when lifting the separator from
its packaging:
• Use approved lifting chains / straps with safety hooks.
• Make sure that the lifting chains / straps are tight before lifting the separator
• Do not stand under the load
• Make sure the separator can move freely.
Installing
For maximum deaeration both the deaerator and combined deaerator / dirt separator should
be installed at the hottest point of the installation, e.g. in the main flow of a central heating
installation or in the main return of a cooling installation. The dirt separator should be installed
preferably directly before the components to be protected, e.g. in the main return.
• The separator should be installed stress free and with the body vertical.
• The separator should not be used to support pipework.
• The separator should not be modified in any way, nor should it be welded to, other
than necessary for mounting the separator into the installation.
• The lifting lugs may only be used for handling during installation.
• The unit operates independent of the flow direction .
• Required space for demounting the separation element according to table 1.
• Don't obstruct the vent valve / and keep the valves //j accessible.
• Apply the separately supplied product labels if the labels on the product are not visi-
ble, e.g. after the separator has been insulated.
• It is advisable to fit shut off valves at both sides of the separator, especially for BD/HD, BF/HF.
• Fit the supplied drain valve at the bottom of the separator, shut off the valve and fit
the safety plug . (Not for BA/HA)
• A tube can be fitted to the air vent to lead away the released (smelly) air. Excessive
dirt particles or foam forming might cause a temporary leakage of the vent valve .
• Maximum allowable hydraulic test pressure: 1,5 x maximum working pressure (see
product label ).
• If the installation is tested with compressed air, the vent valve should be shut off
temporarily with a cap R½ (not supplied). Take care: cap R½ must be removed before
commissioning the installation.
• For separators > DN300 valve j must be closed. Take care: valve j must be
opened before commissioning the installation.
• The scum valve and the manual vent valve are designed to blow off / let in large
quantities of air during filling / emptying of the installation.
