Stroke limiter
In versions with the stroke limiter, stroke limiting is set to 90° ex works. This setting can be
changed if required. This allows the turning movement towards working position to be limited
to less than 90°, e.g. 45°.
NOTE
HINWEIS
In versions with the DA function, limiting is possible only towards the open position.

5.2.1 Adjusting the stroke limiter

Stroke limit adjustment for the 2 pistons must be done in one direction only (closing or
opening)!
Stroke limiting for right turn max. 10°
1. Please check that the springs are in the rest position; the keyway in the shaft (1) should be
positioned as shown in the diagram. Please also check that there is no compressed air in
the control air connection (D).
2. Unscrew the special nut (2).
3. Use the control air to bring the actuator to working position (DA function: CLOSED
position).
4. With a screwdriver, turn the screws (3) counterclockwise to reduce the possible stroke.
