Temperature sensors
The INGECON SUN ComBox device is comes ready for the connection of two PT100 temperature sensors. It is
common in PV plants to measure the ambient temperature and the temperature of the panel.
For the ambient temperature it is recommended that you install the sensor in the shade, where it does not receive
radiation directly from the sun.
For the module temperatures, it is recommended that you use adhesive PT100 sensors. These sensors must be
placed on the rear of the panel and in the centre of a central cell.
Wind sensors
The main difficulty when positioning these sensors comes from their requirement to be installed in high places,
where obstacles are not able to affect readings. As a result of this characteristic you must take into account that
the sensor must not cast a shadow on the panels throughout the day.
