Typical Mounting Details – Raised Access Floor
5. For installations on concrete slab:
a. Position the frame as desired and mark the 4 mounting hole positions on the floor
b. Drill a hole appropriate for the concrete anchor to be used. Consult the manufacturer's
documentation for product specific information.
c. Install the concrete anchors.
d. Position the frame above the anchors and install mounting hardware.
e. Secure and tighten all hardware to the manufacturers recommended values.
6. Installing the Cable Management Door:
a. Mount the Cable Management Door to the Frame by placing the top post into the
mounting flange, gently lift the Spool Door up and insert the bottom post into the bottom
pivot cam while keeping the top post in place.
b. The hinge on the cable management door is a cam pivoting hinge (Figure 9). To open
gently use a cable management spool to pull the door open.

Tip: When multiple Frames are positioned together, gang adjacent frames using the #12/24
screws provided at the 4 ganging points. Perform final tightening after all floor mounting
attachments have been made.
