USING THE GRILL

The grill must only be used with the door WIDE OPEN.
CAUTION: When the grill is operating, the accessible parts can become extremely hot.
To be able to appreciate grill cooking, you need to remember an important rule:
BEFORE STARTING COOKING, THE GRILL NEEDS TO BE RED HOT.
Using the grill, all meat, fish and even vegetables turn out successfully without any trouble; you can even grill small kebabs.
Red meat, cut into thin pieces and flat or sliced fish need to be grilled extremely quickly and as close as possible to the grill.

CORRECT POSITION OF THE FOOD RACK (IN RELATION TO THE GRILL)

WARMING UP THE OVEN

To cook some kinds of food the oven needs to be warmed up both because the cooking needs to be as even as possible and to
avoid fat splashing, fumes forming and encrustation on the oven.
TIME FOR WARMING UP
The time for warming up is linked to the temperature selected for cooking so the chosen temperature is set, the oven starts
working and when the thermostat indicator light goes out the preheating temperature has been reached.
N.B. Roasts of white meat (pork, veal and lamb) and fish do not need the oven to be warmed up.
OVEN LIGHT
On this position the internal light comes on and will stay on in
all the other positions.
TURNING ON THE FAN ONLY (defreezing)
On this position, only the fan works with no heating elements
switched on. This makes it possible to defreeze frozen foods quickly.
TURNING ON THE CIRCULAR HEATING ELEMENT AND
FAN (60°C - 270°C)
On this position, the heating generated by the circular heating
element is distributed throughout the oven for homogeneous
cooking. It is possible to cook different foods on different racks. The
yellow indicator light comes on to show the heating element is on.
TURNING ON THE "grill" HEATING ELEMENT (grilling)
WITH THE DOOR OPEN
On this position the heat is directed down from the top (grill) and
is extremely strong. This position is normally used for grilling.
