CHANGING THE OVEN LAMPS
If it is necessary to change one of the lamps inside the oven, you first need to disconnect the
unit from the power supply.
You then need to unscrew the glass safety cover (A), change the lamp and fit the protective
cover back on.
The lamp needs to have the following specifications:
Voltage: 220/230 V - 50 Hz
Power: 15 W
Connection: E14

HOB - ELECTRIC PLATES
It is recommended to keep the electric plates always clean and dry, removing grease and encrustations also by using the
specific detergent. To protect them over time, it is recommended, after cleaning, to wipe them over with a damp cloth and dry
them (perhaps by turning them on).
STAINLESS STEEL PARTS
- Clean the stainless steel parts with warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. You can keep it
shining brightly by periodically wiping it over with liquid POLISH (an easily available product).
- You must never clean the stainless steel with steel wool, wire brushes or common steel scrapers since they may deposit
ferrous particles that on oxidizing cause rust points. Stainless steel wool may be used applied in the direction of the satin
finish.
- If the unit is not to be used for a long time, give all the steel surfaces a good wipe over with a cloth lightly soaked in Vaseline
oil in order to apply a protective film. Periodically ventilate the premises.
CLEANING THE OVEN DOOR
As in any other case, the door has to be cleaned, both inside and outside, with
the oven completely cooled. If the outside door is made of plate glass, it should
be cleaned with warm water only, without using any rough cloths. For the
enamelled parts, proceed as for the inside of the oven, using warm water and
detergent that is neither abrasive nor acid.
To clean the inside plate glass of the door simply and thoroughly, it is possible
to remove it by unscrewing the screws (A) with the door fully open as shown in
the figure.
CLEANING THE INSIDE OF THE OVEN.
Before all else, disconnect the unit from the power supply.
Let the oven cool down and clean it thoroughly with a damp cloth soaked in warm water and non-abrasive detergent (or with a
specific trade product).Never use any abrasive sponges or cloths or any other products that could irreparably damage the enamel.
