Step 1: Mounting your Timer to the Wall
Call an electrician or licensed contractor if you are not comfortable.

Turn off power before wiring anything. DO NOT plug in the transformer until all wiring connections have
been completed and checked. Make sure that any exposed wiring is correctly sealed/insulated before
plugging in the timer Do not attempt to link two or more timers together with a single transformer.
Choosing Timer Location
• Locate a spot for your Timer.
• Locate Timer so that it is convenient to run control wires.
• Locate Timer within 5 feet of an AC power outlet.
• Locate Timer at least 15 feet away from major appliances and air conditioners.
Mounting Timer to Wall
• Drive a screw into the wall, leaving 1/8" gap between head and wall.
(Use supplied wall anchors if necessary)
• Hang Timer on exposed screw.
• Remove access cover at bottom of Timer and drive a screw through
the center hole into wall. (Use supplied wall anchors if necessary)
Step 2: Connecting the Power Cord
• Attach connector to 24VAC pins.
• Plug transformer into wall socket.
USER TiP:
When wiring an outdoor controller, either use the wall plug
provided or wire it directly into the controller using conduit as shown.
