6 Installation
6. Align the 3 notches on the side of the dome camera with the pegs
on the metal mounting plate. Push the camera gently into the
mounting plate until it 'clicks'.
CAUTION
If you are drilling a hole for
the camera cable, ensure
that you run the cable
through the cable hole in
the metal mounting plate.

If you run the cables along
the mounting surface, you
must run the cable through
the cable notch on the cam-
era base and underneath
the metal mounting plate.
This will keep the camera
base flush to the surface
when mounted. See image
