SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USB POWER SOURCE
• To reduce the risk of injury, use only with the specified batteries. This USB power source is
compatible only with lithium-ion battery as listed in the Product Specifications in this manual.
Other types of batteries may burst, causing personal injury or damage. A USB power source that
is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery
pack.
• Do not charge in a damp or wet location. Following this rule will reduce the risk of electric shock.
• Keep the battery USB power source away from heat to prevent damage to housing or internal
parts.
• Do not use a USB power source that has been dropped or received a sharp blow.
• Do not disassemble the USB power source. Take it to a qualified service center for repair or
replacement. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of electric shock or fire.
• Do not handle USB power source, charger, charger plug, or charger terminals with wet hands.
• Disconnect the battery pack from the USB power source before making any adjustments or
storing power source.
• Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one
type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.
• When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins,
keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects that can make a connection from one terminal to
another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact
accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help.
Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
• Do not use a battery pack or USB power source that is damaged or modified. Damaged or
modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
• Do not expose a battery pack or USB power source to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure
to fire or temperature above 130°C (265°F) may cause explosion.
• Follow all charging instructions.
• Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.
This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
• Do not modify or attempt to repair the USB power source or the battery pack except as indicated
in the instructions for use and care.
• Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer's recommended attachments.
