Problem
The pump switch

Cause
1- No cut-off valve has been installed on
the suction pipe.
1- A breakage in the rubber casing of the
oil tank.
2- There is no compressed air in the
chamber.
1- The presetting of the pressure switch is
too low.
1- The presetting of the pressure switch is
too high.
2- The parts and components that work
under pressure are not sealed.

Trouble shooting
Solutions
1- Check to see if a valve has been insta-
lled in the suction pipe.
1- Change the rubber casing or the
chamber.
2- Use a suitable valve, connect it to a
compressed air supply at 1.5 bars and
fill the air chamber.
1- Adjust the pressure with the pressure
switch (before doing this, disconnect it
from the mains).
